With over a decade of industry experience, Beth brings deep expertise in streamlining operations, optimizing resources, and supporting advisory firms through periods of growth and transformation. Prior to joining Focus Forward, she played a key leadership role in guiding a hybrid RIA through a significant growth journey, experience that allows her to deeply understand the operational realities and scalability needs of advisory firms today.
