Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using gofocusforward.com (the "Site"), operated by Focus Forward, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company ("Focus Forward," "we," "us" or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Site only. They do not amend or override any signed client service agreement, which governs any services Focus Forward provides.

Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about the outsourced operational services Focus Forward offers to registered investment advisors and other financial professionals. It is intended for advisory firms and other business professionals, rather than consumers seeking personal financial advice. Content on the Site is for informational purposes only.

Dated articles and Newsroom posts reflect information available at the time of publication and may not reflect subsequent developments.

No investment, legal or tax advice

Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, tax or compliance advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy or sell any security. Focus Forward provides operational support services to advisory firms, which remain responsible for the advice they provide to their own clients. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, legal or regulatory decisions.

No client relationship

Using the Site or contacting us through it does not create a client or service relationship. Services are provided only under a written agreement between Focus Forward and a client firm. These Terms of Use govern website use only and do not amend or override any signed service agreement. If there is a conflict concerning our services, the signed service agreement controls.

Information you submit

When you contact us through the Site, please provide accurate information. Do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, login credentials, confidential client records or other sensitive personal or client information through website forms. Please do not send confidential business proposals or proprietary materials through website forms. If we need that information to evaluate a potential engagement, we will arrange an appropriate way for you to provide it. Our handling of information submitted through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images and design, are owned by or licensed to Focus Forward and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download, print and share materials made available for those purposes within your organization for internal business evaluation, provided you retain copyright and ownership notices. Any other copying, modification, distribution or use of our content or trademarks requires our prior written permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.

This provision applies to website use only and does not amend or override any signed service agreement.

Client testimonials on the Site reflect individual experiences and may not be representative of the experience of other clients. They do not guarantee that other firms will achieve similar results.

Suspension of access

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms of Use, unlawful activity or threats to the Site's security or operation.
